Periods in excess of 1 month but less than 2 months are negotiable. Golf at
Pelican Preserve is by tee-time only (and there are over 70 courses in the Ft.
Myers / Naples area). Sales taxes are applicable and there is a cleaning fee of
$125 at the term of the lease. Security Deposit of $750 is required.
Florida State Sales Taxes are applicable on rental fee.
Renters will be expected to
bring their own personal mobile phones. Included in your rental fee is the
community transfer fee of $100.00
